This was a replacement for

This was a replacement for my old My Way. We have used Tassimo for about 5 years now and the Kenco Americano Grande XL is our favourite - and I'd say, is as good or better than Starbucks or Costa. The machine is very easy to use and the previous one we had lasted around 3 years without giving us any trouble whatsoever. The after sales service from Tassimo is excellent.

Water filter is a waste.

The filter slows filling and reduces capacity and doesn't add to taste

Good value for a nice cup of coffee

Easy to set up and use, clearly not the same as a barista quality at this price, but good value for a fuss-free nice cup of coffee at home whenever you want one.
