Tassimo my way

I had to cease using

I had to cease using my previous coffee maker (one of the original Tassimo/Bosch machines) as the internal parts of that machine had become clogged up and seriously slowed down its performance. I took the advice of one of your Customer Services staff and replaced with the MyWay which is excellent. My only criticism is that the water tank is smaller than the one on my original coffee maker and is not as easy to replenish. Otherwise, I am most satisfied with the MyWay.

This was a replacement for

This was a replacement for my old My Way. We have used Tassimo for about 5 years now and the Kenco Americano Grande XL is our favourite - and I'd say, is as good or better than Starbucks or Costa. The machine is very easy to use and the previous one we had lasted around 3 years without giving us any trouble whatsoever. The after sales service from Tassimo is excellent.
